 Mark
is the Partner for Estate Planning and Asset Protection
and also the Financial Partner within the firm. Mark
joined the Company after graduating from the University
of East Anglia with a Law degree and completing his
Law Society Finals at the College of Law in Chester.
The wealth of knowledge Mark brings to the department
is exceptional and is enhanced by his membership of
the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and also
as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Well respected in the local community Mark is a Director
and Company Secretary to both York Tourism Bureau and
Shopmobility York, Chairman of Bedern Hall Company and
a former Governor of St Peter’s School. His additional
posts as Honorary Secretary, Trustee and Director of
many organsiations are too numerous to list.
